Spike strips not working

In attempt to stop a street race, being the only cop on, I placed some spikes down in attempt to stop the racers. They drove over them without consequence.

Should now be fixed in the hot fix released last night. If you still have this issue please reply to this post and we will look into it otherwise this post will be locked.
