Speed Camera bug

It would appear that you can cut the wires to the speed camera but still get a speeding ticket through that same camera - not sure if thats supposed to happen; camera in question is next to Taquila lala

The first thing it checks is that the speed camera is online so someone would've most likely came and fixed it by the time you went through.

Next time I will clip it, but I got off and tried to cut the wires again but it wouldn't let me do it - which made me thought that nobody had fixed it.  This is a screenshot - not sure if you can check logs to see if it was fixed, looks like it was around 1740 today.
