Description of what happened: well, the above named person seems to be attracted to tempest trucks while doing 100+ mph into kavala. i was linked the 1st video by a gang member but because of the multple deaths it was hard to confirm who done it but then while on ARAC duty the 2nd video happened so i thought i should post it.

 [SIZE=medium]Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban) [/SIZE]
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: he disconnected soon afterwards and didnt come back on after restart

I can explain that 

and I did not go offline after that as I was on the next server restart with my fellow gang Members

And I was speeding down the main road but desync killed me as I went to overtake the tempest    

May we solve any confusions on TS?

from my perspective, the first video they didnt lose anything so arent looking for anything luckily. In the 2nd video the target is unidentified and dont know if anything was lost. i just wanted the people who matter to be made aware of what was happening.

I understand and thank you for the reply, the first crash (first video) was Lawrence, jack and I driving in kavala  at high speeds (I know speeding is dangerous) but I am a good role player and so are the other two but I hope the player in the truck did not lose anything as when I went to overtake, the desync made his truck swerve to the right therefor blowing me up and the reason he survived was because on his screen I was 10 meters away, I hope that made sense.
