SPC Jack Walker - Combat logging (Rejected not enough evidence to prove it was a combat log)

Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): Jack Walker
 
Time & Date this happened: 28th Dec 2014 some time between 5.30 and 6.30pm
 
Description of what happened: he arrested me for no reason claiming i had broken public order act when all i did was go down a road where he went to see if he had spotted my friend who was hidden out of sight in a bush.
 
he cuffed me and went to give me a ticket, i told him that he had to put his hands up or he would be killed. which would come under police valuing their life. he the same as he has not done other times took no notice, tazed my friend and then went into a building to arrest him.
 
as he did not take my comms away and i have a throat mic i could still communicate
 
my other friend killed him as he read my other friend his rights and within 30 seconds he had disconnected from the server after he died.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: no he disconnected from the server.
  
Please post video evidence/screenshots here
(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence)

sorry starsky they do exist. but even without my putting that in, and thats just me being honest. my people knew he was coming, killed him. the issue is his combat logging

 
i had to express in great detail his need to put his hands above his head. there have been a few instances he completely disregards the value life police rule. once this afternoon and again this evening. this time though he was killed and then he combat logged.

 
Police get no benefit from combat logging because our equipment is at the governments expense. Therefore it was likely just a rage quit.

 
regardless of combat logging or rage quitting he is still not above server rules just because he is a police officer.

I was going to disconnect until you started calling me 'princess' which I presumed was taking the piss out of my voice (which is why you got a ticket for section 4 public order act)

I respawned then disconnected.

If you take the time between death and disconnect you will see approx 35 seconds.

 
Also, maybe RP a little next time, speaking with a "throat mic" (total bullshit) and always fucking threatening cops with guns is shit RP... Talking gets you a long way. 

Also, try resolving it with me next time, i'm almost always on TS in an NHS or Police channel.

EDIT: If someone gave me a pound everytime someone told me to put my hands up... it gets boring

im sorry, but do rp thanks. you are the one who was irritated and got cranky. you knocked me down and said there was no superior on to which i said "so thats a reason for police brutality"

and your response was "i dont care"

speaking with a throat mic is not as you say bullshit. whether i said anything or not to my mates they knew you were coming, 

regardless. of whether "every time someone gave you a pound for being told to put your hands up" you are still supposed to comply as you are a police officer and it is in your rules as a cop.

i cant resolve with you as i will be totally honest i didnt like your attitude towards me.

Okay. I'm requesting you check the video... You'll notice I waited out my respawn time. Until you've checked that i'm not going to comment further, as no rules have been broken, police or server, and if you have a complaint please go speak to my superiors (DI Snape , DI FFGuy or CI Noz), who can assist you in that.

i cant see your timers on video unless you have the video to post showing otherwise, as far as i am concerned you combat logged/ rage quit which is why i have reported you as it is a breach of server rules.

p.s i think you have taken what i said far to personally, as i certainly wasnt taking the mick out of your voice at all. i would have called any cop a princess at that point

 
Right let me explain this.

Logging off while downed (pending revive) is also a exploit.

I was not pending revive as I had respawned... 

Either check the time between death and log off or upload the video so we can please.

 
and again ill say to you that i cannot see your screen and your respawning if you did so from my point of view. ordinarily  respawn is a minute or so. and not 30 seconds.

i have provided my evidence which i feel is sufficient. if you want to upload your view to show why you shouldnt be banned for breaking rules then do so. my post is about showing your guilt not providing your alibi.

 
Read this carefully, i'm not asking you to check my timers....

Note the time I die.

Note the time I disconnect.

Calculate the difference.

If the time is >30 seconds then this report is invalid.
