Some questions i have

Hey , guys i just want to ask some questions ,

1 - If i see some one walking with a gun toward me should i kill him ? 

2 - If i threat some one to shoot him if he don't stop and i am pointing a gun on him , then he start running should i shoot him ?

3 - If some crash on my car then get down with a gun aimed on me should i kill him ? 

4 - Can i kill the police when i don't want then to arrest me 

5 - If some one crash on my car and destroy it then he runs should i shoot him 

6 - Can i kill some one to get his gun with out him seeing ( this is kind of role playing , i want to kill him for a reason to get a gun )

A simple answer to all your question is:

Also try and remember these two sections under Rule 5.

Rule 5: Rest of Altis

VDM = Instant Ban (We have a anti VDM script however running people over for run is banable and considered VDM)

RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.

A lot can be sorted out by talking rather than just killing everybody. If all you want to do is shoot folk I'd suggest jumping on the King of the Hill server instead. 

 
Thanks for all the replays , And by the way i read all the rules but some exact senarious i want to know because it happend to me today i killed some one because he got out of the car with a gun aimed at me then i shot him when he said put your hands up so i took this as a threat so i shot and he said that is recorded and that is rdming is that true ?

- No, ask him to lower or put away his weapon at a minimum. Someone having a gun out is not a good enough reason to shoot.

2 - If i threat some one to shoot him if he don't stop and i am pointing a gun on him , then he start running should i shoot him ?

- Technically yes, but you don't have to shoot him. If you're close enough to him, knocking him on the ground and using zip ties can stop him from running.

3 - If some crash on my car then get down with a gun aimed on me should i kill him ? 

- As point one, someone having a gun out / aimed at you isn't a good enough reason, if they have threatened to kill you, then you can defend yourself.

4 - Can i kill the police when i don't want then to arrest me 

- You need to make sure you've alerted the police, that if they try to arrest you, you will shoot them.

5 - If some one crash on my car and destroy it then he runs should i shoot him 

- No, you'll need to role play with him first, if you give him a warning and plenty of time to react, then technically yes, but no need to shoot him really.

6 - Can i kill some one to get his gun with out him seeing ( this is kind of role playing , i want to kill him for a reason to get a gun ) 

- You'll need to role play as a proper robbery, giving him proper instructions to drop his gun. Only if he doesn't comply with you then if you've warned him he'll be shot if he doesn't comply, then technically then you could shoot him.

As all the other guys have mentioned, I'm a little concerned that everything you're worried about is involving shooting people.

You have to role play everything really, but honestly, unless someone has threatened your life directly, you shouldn't need to shoot people all the time.
