SolidState unban Request (Denied)

A member of my group was recently banned from both the server and forums.  I understand that he was mad and probably deserved a smack in the mouth for his language.  On the other hand, I think it is a bit over the top to instant ban from both locations, unable to appeal a ban.  I can speak on his behalf that he is a great roleplayer and respects players that follow the rules as he does.  The group that he was speaking of were meta-gaming and following him and killing him in-game over and over.  Please take into consideration the frustration going through the badgering and messaging from this group.  I'm not condoning his actions, but he being a member of this group, I feel like I need to defend the point that he should not be banned for that.  If that is the case, then way more than that need to be banned.  Note, this is an adult server.  Yes, you should not curse at anyone, but if you look he is taking his anger out on those who don't roleplay.  If they decided to associate themselves with that group, then they are the ones who feel that way.  

I understand why the ban happened, but in the end it was an overkill.  I understand that banning people will end many problem gamers ruining the server.  The only problem is that the wrong person may have been banned.  Instead of ending the game for the person who was so passionate about the server and its rules, perhaps his report post could be taken seriously and ban the group that were breaking the rules and badgering when they were reported.  

If the banning keeps happening to those who take the game seriously (on an adult server,) then there will be no room for avid altislife.co.uk members, and a flood of those emulating this group will take over.

The player in question did not deal with the situation in an adult manner and if he feels that the players involved were breaking the rules he should have either sorted it with the group involved or reported it on the forums. 

The player obviously does not think much of the server anyway. He got a community ban for his thread that he opened  I dont even know why you are going to the trouble of opening this thread.
