Description of what happened:
 
After attending a report of armed robbery at North Kavala Fuel, I observed a dark coloured hatchback pulling away from the fuel station. I used the ANPR system to establish the registered owner which returned as "SolidKarma". Checking this against the national wanted database established that the registered owner of the vehicle was wanted for armed robbery. The driver of the vehicle refused to stop and when finally apprehended near the scene, when asked if he was the owner of the vehicle, he replied yes. I restrained him, and then he changed his mind as to his identity.
 
Once back at the station he Combat logged.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
 
Combat Logging.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
 
Another officer who was at the scene tried to speak with him on Teamspeak and received verbal abuse.

As i did explain i returned too the police station because my computer is new and was doing windows updates i forgot to postpone this i am sorry i was violent i was angry about stupid windows updates everyone hates them they are all done now will not happen again.

please do not ban me as i have met a great group of friends on this server and i am starting to feel settled.

no you asked me to join altislife ts i said i was banned and asked you to ask an admin to unban me or talk to me on there i did not mean to advertise as that wasnt my intentions.

also please bare in mind i have evidence of you attempting to rdm me. on the occasion you are saying i logged which i dont recall this i do not think so.

i have internet connection logs i will send to the admins that proves iv been having network troubles.

I would like to add that this guy glitched my gear, talked to him about it and he told me that he could just take it like regular stuff on the ground.
Also have a sound recording of about him saying he would not care if he got banned since he "has plenty of money and would get a new copy"

As you can hear in Jeffrey's video, at 30 seconds I initiated RP as I had my TS mic unmuted therefore the RDM accusation would be false anyway. In addition to this, you didn't provide the video which you said was rendering showing my apparent "RDM" but anyway, this is off the point and you can make a report in the according section rather than trying to threaten me here.

You've shown blatant ignorance of the server rules which has already been demonstrated from being banned on TS prior to this event and the teamspeak conversation we had says it all really.

Computer problems huh. Well, it would appear you have consistent computer problems every time you are about to be sent to prison. Coincidence? I think not. 

There are several officers who have experienced you combat logging in the last two days, each time either stating "jail me and I will combat log" or "I am having computer problems".

Adding this to the other information given here only reinforces the fact that you have a blatant disregard for all rules of the server, and I will be surprised if you are not banned very soon. You are not the type of person we want here.

@Hasse You have nothing to do with this report, as you are not being reported. Our report a player rules state clearly that only Admins, the player being reported and the player reporting can reply to these topics. Forum moderators allow, to a certain degree, the supply of evidence by third parties. You do not supply evidence, you just back up your friend with words. But buddy, this is the internet. Everyone can say a lot, from behind their keyboard, but there will never be action taken unless actual evidence is supplied.

best bit is it wasn't me the got the gear off your friends body but i cant be arsed your all trying to get me banned so ban me im a good player who had windows updates and internet issues. i got given your friends gear im no snitch so i will take the ban and leave if thats what people want either way i have fun on this server therefore no matter what i will be back.
