Solicitor Helpline Issue

[CSI Greenhalgh]

When you send a message to the Solicitors helpline the mouse will not disappear after you click submit and you have to relog to fix the issue. You cannot press esc to make the phone disappear or do anything else

I got the same error last night, but I have just tested it and it seems that its with all the different one on favourite tab, you can send the message but not able to get out, these were the only things I saw on a test. 
This was from Live server

That is the same error when the phone remains stuck open via other routes too.
