Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Reason is because i respect the server and enjoy playing on it. Firstly SGT Cryant who filed a report on me the videos he posted dont explain half the stuff ( abit weird why the sound is off on his videos hmm ) as you can see i did run him over but no purposly i was trying to escape from him but before this happened Cryant was talking to the guy with the orange backpack he was asking for a lift bt cryant said no which then he said ' why dont you go ask that guy in the hatchback maybe he can take you and you could take him hostage' to me this shouldnt be said by the police at all whatsoever the next video him putting me in the the car when i am restrained on my screen it wasnt showing as putting me in the car as sometimes i do get bad lag due to playing on a laptop i briefly explained to him why i was out of the car but he didnt care to listen as we got to the police station his RP was terrible and was throughout the time we was together another time his RP was terrible was me and my friend ( Yordle ) were wearing inmate jump suits which lead to cryant knocking us out and restraining us all this he wasnt RPing he asked why we had the inmate suits on we RPed it and said its are new costumes to promote are new drink for are buisness the Monster Inmate he didnt rp to any other the things we said and he said ' no it isnt ' we had two other guys rp with us for about 10mins and it was really good as they thought we had are own drinks buisness to me this is an unfair ban also i only just donated to the server today and didnt even have a chance to get it activated and use the ViP club which im annoyed at.

I can vouch for Sol. The RP we had before we spoke to Cryant with two other guys was fantastic. We were there with two guys talking about why we had jumpsuits for some time and they let it go because our RP was good and then this guy turns up and ends it instantly. Terrible RP considering it was so good in other people. Also i heard over teamspeak room that i was in at the time was with Sol i heard that Cryant said to a guy that he should take Sol hostage while he was saying for him to get a lift with Sol. Which did not seem the right behaviour for a Officer. This just seems funny on top of the fact that the sound is missing from the relevant video in the ban request post.

It would seem strange but on the other hand this sound problem has been around for a long time, check my previous videos, Regardless of the matter your friend at the start of the video when i was trying to roleplay with the guy with the orange backpack, your friend thought it smart to be circling around driving like a complete mad man, I took that as provoking the police, clearly somebody who wants to "roleplay" right? Seems that the first encounter i had with him he wanted to roleplay so much he decided to jump in his car and VDM me. Of course trying to escape me with my Huge weapon pointed at his head, I think not, I did however stop for this man, regardless of me being in my car and already moving I decided to stop, Why else would i have stopped if not to roleplay?

As for the restraint glitching how funny it stopped as soon as i managed to lock the car.

As for the athria situation its completely irrelevant, after dealing with you before and seeing the way you reacted i think i did well to even bother approaching.

How was driving like a madman I was going like 4mph? it's not really good of a police officer to tell a civilian to go take another hostage I thought police are their to server and protect....? And your role play to me and to my friend was really bad plus you never had your gun pointed ' at my face ' If I do recall I don't even think you told me to stop you just shot at me which caused me to flee if you said stop your vehicle and put your hands on your head I would of kindly done that for you but to be honest it is a bit of a pathetic report as I see we both did something wrong which we could of then resolved it with a friendly chat in TS to sort this situation out but you didn't say one word to me

I didn't even point a gun at you, it was a joke about you vdming me with no cause, I didn't even raise my weapon let alone fire at you causing you to flee, check the footage, I'm not quite sure where you are recalling your memorys from sir.
