Didn't know where else to put this so it's going here.

Jay here, making a second departure thread. This time however I'm going skip the goodbyes and just say that Bohemia is stupid.

Yes, I have terrible internet, I live in the highlands of Scotland ffs, with the removal of guarenteed network messaging at the start of this month, whenever the server gets to 15/20 players, everything "stops" for me.

The easiest way to explain it is, imagine the worst desync you've ever had, but it didn't go away.

Hell my desync was 10004, apparently. 4 higher than the "max". This lasted about 30 minutes before I gave up (on multiple occasions)

I came back to try to bring the server to a more RP minded mindset, which I was planning to do with my acceptance into the whitelisted rebels. But it seems that won't happen, for me, right now at least.

I was so happy to once again be playing here, it's amazing how much you can miss something without even knowing it;

So, for now, with a very heavy heart, I bid you all farewell once again.

Until BI sorts its shit out at least.

 
That update isn't far away :)

I believe its ready to roll but they want to release it the same time as the shooting from vehicles :(

If that's Nov 4, I'm not going to lie,  I will probably have lost interest by then. It's a shame, but a reality.
