Please don't wipe my bank - All I own is a walkers packet of crisps and a scone that's well past it's expiry date ;)

 
If you want to regulate an economy you don't tell the bank to wipe accounts, you adjust the prices (normally through taxes) but here it would just be a direct adjustment on the price of things.

You then regulate luxuries and not necessities to avoid uprisings.

By all means up the price of Ifrits, and 7.62s as well.. But the people that are not caring are the people that shop at VIP though. A fully equiped m18 is allready allmost 500k for non-donators, while its like 140k or so for donators... offcoarse they dont care.

We do care, it just depends on the person, ultimately we are still paying real money to help the community AND to have a benefit in game.

 
How about we raise the prices for Ifrits but we also make cops pay for their gear. You are talking about making rebels suffer but how do we make the police suffer (once in a while and gently)

 
Personal opinion: Ifrit only wipe,and drastic price increases for Ifrits and guns focused mainly on donator due to the non-donator/donator price difference.(Exception to Bounty Hunter pdw as someone told me it's 130K or something.) Which reminds me persistent wanted list may need modification depending on how the economy readjusts itself.

Police are already planned to be paying for their gear in 5.0. Prices haven't been decided yet.

Taxes, could work in my opinion set in a few marginalised thresholds much like the British tax system where if you are 'piss poor' the state takes very little in way of money, but then those who have the java to spend you go almost up to 50 percent.

Maintenance costs more houses more costs deducted price variable increase the price of the essentials food and water.

Vehicle maintenance 30-40 hatchback sports rusting away in a garage are going to need maintaining by someone. 3 percent of cost every hour something like that. Again falling into brackets

The rich would have to work to stay rich middle classes would become common losing a vehicle could make a massive difference if you only have one or two. And poor people would actually have to resort to earning money at the bottom of the ladder.

That or complete charecter wipes at every death. If you respawn, that's it's your new and improved here's a 100k from the state this is now hardcore stop your moaning get rekt and start actually trying to roleplay and genuinely be scared when the bullets start flying ;)

Just my ideas.

 
Taxes could fix the problem. However if you put in taxes and wipe accounts its over. Maybe just start off by making an ifrit 1 mill for non donators and 500k for donators? That would make me watch more out for my lovely car thats for sure

 
I can say right now that the day cops have to pay for gear is the day I resign from the force.

If rebels saw how many times cops are RDM'ed / VDM'ed and trolled they would understand why gear for cops is (currently) free.

The compensation section of the forum would be awash with refund requests. It would be a big ol' waste of Admin time and a pain in the ass. Maybe if there were no noobs who have no idea that it's not COD or weak RP'ers who shoot without warning then yeah - charge for the guns. But on any given night, cops die a number of times due to circumstances beyond their control. :-/

And most of the gangs just play rich. In LoA our total bank account is like 30 million(Check loggs if you think im BS). We like to play as the rich guys but we aint. We use money all day long. I lost 3 million in playing in the last week. In my eyes I can see the point with the ifrits, but we dont need to balance anything else in my eyes.

I agree with this. Increase ifrits, there doesn't need to be changes to anything else. 

 
Bullets. Increase the cost of bullets. That is the answer. 

Free guns. Expensive bullets. Then it becomes a matter of skill to kill not spray and pray. 

Non lethals should be cheap as hell though. Make folks value life a bit more.

Dont wipe the bank accounts I have worked many hours to earn my money and why would the rich be punished by taxes if they now have done some thinking and found good ways in making money?

If the ifrits are such a problem then the price of ifrits should increase and thats fine.

 
Just asking, isnt the tax system going to punish people who cant play as much due to school/work? would be kinda unfair. i might be thinking wrong

 
It envisage it only affecting players who have been on that day/ server restart to avoid that exact problem.

 
In my opinion the only ones who are always talking about bank accounts being wiped is the players that like to play as a cop ... hmmm thats a bit strange dont ya think ?

Please just play the game and stop wining about bank accounts ?!!?

And in my opinion change the rule that players can play as a cop and as a rebel

Noone can stay 100 % neutral and pretend they dont know anything when shit goes down playing as a cop

But hey .. thats only my opinion :)
