Smelting

When smelting gold ore into gold processing bar goes all the way up then doesnt take gold ore or give gold bar,

Level 3.99, doing coal all the way, from what i can make out it needs Level 4 for steel bars 

Got to lvl 3.99 when trying to do any ore now it shows the process but doesnt process and wont level up
