Fast Hands - Switch weapon faster and throw smoke faster.

Toughness - Flinch less when shot.

Ninja - No foot noises.

(May or may not be looking at the Black Ops perk list)

Mad scientist - Ability to make health potions, poisons and and other potions that may give you some aid.

Waterboy - Ability to last longer under water.

Born Survivor - Ability to drink your own piss to be self sufficient.

Do u even lift bro? - Ability to carry more items.

Streamline - Ability to swim faster.

Fatigue endurance Skill!

Should be able to use some of your unspent skill points, on improving your Fatigue!

I.E: You run more IRL, you gain more fatigue, and you can run more and longer.

What about a skill maybe like

Car tracker - you can see all your vehicles on the minimap, which are out of the garage.

Might be good when your vehicle gets stolen

Hold breath longer while scoped? Or slowly regen health? Or be abel to heal 100% instead of 75% this all could be in one? "Stronger heart" or something..
