Sirens play while only blue lights are on only

Haven't got any video of it but for some people when you just have your blues on or even with sires sometimes your siren will whoop repeatedly. This is for everyone except the driver will only see the blue lights and hear no siren until he/she presses alt but others will hear it repeat in small sound clips 

I do have a theory why this is but I just can't word it without failing English i can explain it to a dev if needed

This issue is often caused when FiveM updates their server version, we do always try to ensure issues like this are resolved as soon as possible. Could someone please confirm wether this is an issue as of very recently?

It's been happening for a while now I believe. Most recent I noticed was yesterday @Dan B
