Shop robbery

Even though the shops used to only give you like 2/3k. It seems like now every single shops that gets robbed is empty. I have tried this on 4 different shops each and every 1 of them were empty when collecting the goods.

It seems like the issue I was having multiple times isn't happening anymore.
