Shooting from vehicles 3rd person camera

Since the update, we are able to shoot from vehicles in 3rd person camera mode - can't see anything in the changelog so I assume it's a bug

@Archiecould you provide the guys the direction of this, indended? Not intended? Future of vehicle shooting etc

So I removed it a couple updates back due to recoil being added to vehicles. I have had people message me there concerns about this so I will be looking at this in more detail in the next couple of days. Thank you
