Shooting from a vehicle.

Brief Summary:

Forced First Person Shooting from vehicles.

Detailed Suggestion:

There has been a massive increase in combat on the server as of late with an even more of an increase in vehicle based combat. People simply using vehicles for combat as opposed to being out on foot etc. My suggestion would be to force people into first person if you hold right click in a vehicle to shoot people. This still allows drive-bys but also limits this whole car combat meta which is just so boring and shouted be a thing in my opinion. There needs to be risk in my opinion and being on foot is that risk. 

The Pros:

1. Less of a vehicle based combat meta.
   
2. Removes the ability for people to abuse an impenetrable part of a vehicle with ease. 
   

The Cons:

1. Encourages more face to face interactions as opposed to a gun being pointed out of the window "hands up" 
   
2. More risk
   
3. Makes people think and be smart about getting into combat situations. 
   

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?

Alot of people may think me or the Hudini's would be some of the last to back a suggestion like this but honestly I tend to agree. 3rd person vehicle combat is insanely easy and relatively brainless, I don't know if this is the solution but i'd definitely like to see it trialed and see how it goes.

Right now you're at a huge disadvantage being on foot in combat which doesn't make much sense.

In my opinion, I think the driver shouldn’t be able to shoot at all unless the vehicle is stationary. Not sure how that would work exactly, or maybe make it so no one in the car can shoot out of the car with the exception of vans where you can easily and quite obviously shoot from the back/side passenger doors. As a result of this, you won’t have cars that can hit like 160mph doing drive by shootings and overall a larger amount of shootings would take place on foot rather than inside a vehicle.

This is so fuckin needed, the people that will just stay in their cars and shoot cos they dont know how to lose will be greatly reduced

Some of the cars should be restricted as well, some are bulletproof from certain angles and some are just completely bulletproof

Implemented for next update, ofc as per usual feedback any changes to the script by normal means (forums) not discord or ooc, as it wont be picked up there.
