Sharks not posible to be fished

I was on my morning fishing sesion (17/12/2021 -- 10 am), where i go from seabass to turtles, and turtles to sharks.

I drive my boat to the seabass pool, catch 15 seabass, move far away from the seabass pool, load a seabass on the fishing root, catch a turtle, place the turtle on the fishing root and then catch over 100 fish without missing a single catch, not a single shark.

I go and sell the fish on the fish shop, drive my boat into the sea (another diferent and random spot), load a new seabass on the fishing root, catch a turtle, load the turtle on the fishing root, and again catch over 100 fish without missing a single catch, again not catching a single shark.

Are sharks bugged or is this intended? Because yesterday morning (16/12/2021) it wasn't like this.

Yes,  even tho time to time takes way over 80+ fish to catch a shark, I've been able to keep catching sharks, seems to be a isolated incident
