Description of what happened: Dealt with an RTC and when I went back to my heli shark jumped in too. I asked him mant times to leave in vehicle chat, he just kept saying he was going to be my co pilot and he was not leaving. Said I would take him to the police station and he would be arrested and he is holding up medical emergencies. Still refused so took him to HQ. About a minute later he returned but crashed the heli and died. I did not revive him and before the heli wreckage burnt away he respawned. I stopped recording then but within about 4 minutes he had returned breaking NLR and bragging he had crashed my heli. This is when I started recording again.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Rule 5: Medics = You must not kill a medic or steal there uniform, equipment or vehicles this will result in a instant ban, Medics are here to roleplay as a medic and help civilians. if there is a crime going on then the medics first priority would be consult with a police officer, however if the police are all dead a medic turns you can shout to them "Medic Rule B - DO NOT REVIVE"
Rule 6: New Life Rule
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, he was not remorseful about his actions and was more interested in abusing the police officers and informing us how the medics were crap.

Sorry about the audio in the first part of the video, I have no idea why it is out of sync with the video and it seems to be repeating itself. The last section of the video is fine however.
