after watching  this video twice its borderline irelevant appart from a cop walking about , talking to a civ and empting a few rounds at god knows who, there is nothing to see. if from this video u can accuse 4 ppl of rdm, we dont even see the shooters.  As far as i am concern i will take this report as a joke.

Yeah.. looking back at it this isnt sufficient evidence..

however your guys did rdm and many officers can back me up on this.. guess ill have to delete my report..

Im pretty sure i wasnt even there when it happend but oh well, next time better i guess.
