No, the server lagged the fuck out for everyone about 10 mins before-hand, and the teamspeak died. Comms in teamspeak also deteriorated, I coudn't understand anyone in our channel. So no, it wasn't just the restart

Aye it is. However, everyone in the medics started saying to each other the server was taking a dump, so THAT wasn't down to an isp issue.
I'm at work on a 74Meg connection (BT) and my TS just lost connection.

The server restarted with only a 64 player count, and when some of us logged in it was stuck on "Waist for Host". Sod knows whats going on
