Ok server 1 and 2 do something called staggered join I believe, it is to prevent the server from crashing with all the 120 people downloading the mission file at the same time. Please be patient and you could await for it to be unlocked or await a later time where the servers are stable and you can download the mission file with ease. 

In simple terms it is locked so everyone isn't downloading the mission file at the same time, preventing the server from crashing.

Also please refrain from posting these sorts of topics in the future and speak to a member of staff on the teamspeak server @ TS.AltisLife.co.uk or you can use the forum search feature to find similar topics regarding the issue.

I did read the other threads on this subject (not all as there are too many) but In the thread I did post, Wilco indicated he was unaware of one of the issues I am facing.  

I still don't understand why the server is locked at 118/120 or even 119/120 but ok.... Anyway I've been trying to connect for better part of almost 48 hours and have just managed.  Don't have teamspeak but I will install it.
