The admins do that anyway.

Server 2 is normally up from 4pm GMT and depending on population server 3 is then started. Server 2/3 are manually started by senior admins. Just be patient.

Server 3 is also undergoing hardware upgrades.

Server 3 wont be coming online due to maintenance. Just spam join server 1/2 if you still want to play, most of the time this works for me.
