Server 2 locked?

Can't join server 1, keeps saying "connection failed" and server 2 is locked

We do not advertise events for obvious reasons however Server 2 might be used for events at any given time, Server 1 is always online and never hosts events.

Server 1 is still showing as having one free slot, but disconnects every time, oh well :s
