Time & Date this happened: 07/02/15 around 15:20~
Which Server did this happen on: Server 1
Description of what happened: The guy was calling the officers I was with and me 'pigs' multiple times, I gave him some warnings that he should mind his language. He continued to follow us and specifically tell us that we're pigs, so I decided to restrain him. I attempted to give him a ticket of 20000 pounds but he refused the 3 attempts I gave him. At that point I tried to escort him to my car but he decided to combatlog instead.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Rule 1: Cheating, exploiting, hacking
1B) Combat logging during a fire fight, resisting arrest, or when the police are in pursuit is exploiting. Logging off while downed (pending revive) is also a exploit.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, I was unable to find him on teamspeak and I didn't see him logging in shortly after combatlogging.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

The body did vanish shortly after the combatlog, which makes my evidence a bit unclear. I hope this will still be seen as solid evidence.
EDIT: It's actually visible that seppe meseure refused the ticket on the printscreen I took. I believe the evidence is clear enough in that case.
