Gray's is better than this one imo. No one will ever bother you at his. Although it's not Hemmt distance from Kavala it's very close but that's up to you.

That’s the the thing it’s do u want to be hidden or quick. 

 
It's quick anyway not that hidden just not a super used part of the island. You don't need to be quick anyway u got 30mins to sell those things until the new ones are ready. If you can fly lower than 6km up and land within 29 mins they're both the same xD 

 
Well i mean there is a massive landing area next to the barn probably one of the best locations about, its 4-5 mins away from seller
