Description of what happened:
i was running north of the airfield and he started to chase me.. i had my gun out and told him to stop following me but he continued.. after a while i aimed at him and he wouldn't listen about following me.. He took his weapon out and was going to kill me so i shot him down.. he respawned and send me this message.. Breaking Both NRL and RP because i didn't give him my name.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Responded by texting me that he was angry about the other day and then he logged out

I can understand the part that he wrote you a message, it is without doubt bad RP, although not too serious since people often mean it as a joke. Are you sure Jean wasn't OOC? And also, do you have evidence that he actually returned? Which is the main question in this, breaking NLR. And if, do you have documentation of it being before the 15 minutes have passed?

It was ment as a joke, out of character, because I thought it was embarassing that you killed me, god. You could have just messaged me back. Also I never returned to the spot or searched for you. I used the phone since you're not supposed to spam side channel, it's respectless.
