Scuba Tanks

Add Scuba tanks to the server for both civilians and police. This would allow for future development of things to do on and under the water. (Currently you can't spend more than 5 seconds in the water without drowning.)

Whilst I do like the suggestion, I wouldnt want it to be an item that everyone carries as a perk.
But instead have as a thing you would only carry when you plan to use it.

An inventory item that would weigh X amount. either that or clothing that requires you to go to a clothing store/scuba diving shop to put it on.

I’d personally like it to be a visible item on a player that is considered heavy and drastically reduces the stamina to prevent abuse

the scuba tanks are bulletproof if they are put in as default

If you could use the scuba tanks for underwater exploration/salvage/mineral mining this could really work with the humane labs idea I just thought up. I dont want to cross post threads but this is a genius idea that properly fit right into that!
