Description of what happened: I was walking around Agios where there was a load of commotion with a gang. I heard a rebel in a house saying "If you say that again you'll be killed". I then entered the building and said, "Why are you threatening to kill harmless hobos that oppose no threat to you?" he said "I'm gonna kill all you Barbary Boys (used name tag to see what gang we were in which is metagaming)". Then he said if you dont leave I'll kill you all", and proceeded to count down from 3. I then left the building when I heard the other people get killed. I was outside the building and said "THAT WAS OUTRAGEOUS" he then came out and shot me.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

 Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I tried but he wouldn't respond

I was in ta with Scott when this happened and we were all starting to panic cause our friend who had died said someone drew a pistol and shot him (rdm). Scott and Ethan were told there is a hobo with a pistol about and I think that's why he shot you because he just got his gun etc and didn't wanna die.

So that means he can just randomly shoot and unarmed hobo that complied to his demands?

So please Post the footage of you constantly being warned if you put this up and i was speaking to armed Ghillie upstairs and you was interfering once again with 5 of you Blocking me in as you did not know the siltation again as you can clearly hear i was negotiating with the Armed player and you Harassed me for 5th time and blocked my means of escape in case the negotiation went wrong so i gave the final warning and you did not make haste and heed it you hid outside the building and did not leave the area

You say I harassed me for the 5th time when in fact I had never even said anything to you before that, apart from when you robbed my half hour earlier (which unfortunately I do not have a video of). After my NLR time had depleted I heard you shouting at a hobo so I entered and said what I had to say. When you asked me to leave, I did (and lets not forget the fact that you went "3, 2,..." and shot before you said "1". You would have never given me a chance to leave the area because despite what I said before you shot me, You were already out the building aiming your gun at me before shooting straight afterwards. I would also like to stress that you never said "leave the area" you just said "leave" which I did. You are now explaining what you meant but at the time I only did what you told me. You told me to leave, I complied, you killed me. 

Also, I have reviewed this with a mentor, and he agreed with the fact that I had complied with your demands and that you gave but you still shot me.

Please don't Lie i admit i shooting you was the wrong decision completely but do not lie about chasing me around with your hobo Gang for good 20 mins ! 

That was not me. They were my other gang members, this was only 4 mins after I re spawned from when I was dead waiting for NLR to end. I'll try and get further back in the video to prove that but no promises.
