Description of what happened:
Me (Mystic) and One Shot started pursuing an off-road because the owner was wanted (34 Counts of manslaughter), we continued pursuing for another 5 minutes, he finally crashed and proceeded to hop out the vehicle and open fire on us (RDM), I eventually hit him with a rubber bullet and One Shot restrained him, we took him to our vehicle and he disconnected (Combat Logging)
What Rule Was Broken ?:
3B & 2E

We couldn't find him on TS3

I wouldn't call that rdm beacuse i shot two warning shots first, to show you i was fighting. Then you shot back at me and we had a gunfight. In the end were it seems like i disconnect my game actually crashed, you could see in the chat that i was losing connection to the server.

 
Alright, I will rule out the combat logging, although I'm almost positive those first two shots were not warning shots as you can hear the second round hit the window of our vehicle, which we were very close too, I'm unsure on the rules on warning shots but I'm pretty sure you cant deliver warning shots as we have no way of distinguishing between an actual shot and a warning shot.

Role play is not engaged with bullets only invoice and your game did not crash because it does not say losing connection if it crashes. You pilled your internet cable
