Who doesn't love a 1/6 chance to shoot themselves in the head? 
I think it would lead to some interesting RP.

A command to start it.  /rr or /russianroulette  
After the command is run the animation of you shooting yourself plays and you either hear a gunshot and go down or you hear an empty pistol click and the animation is cancelled before it gets to the part where you shoot. 

It would also be good if you could do it to other players either via a request like the shared emotes or forcefully if they are restrained.

Dont see a reason for developing a entire code for this. You can already do it ingame, kindof.

"Pick a number between 1-6, if it lands on your number you get shot" Then do /roll and you can play "russian roulette"
