Currently, the hyperlinks on the index section do not work, they do not take you to the specific rules area.

On top of this, the index is outdated with the rule structure prior to Poseidon's arrival. Meaning 10.7 (The rule regarding the prevention of PCSO's and Unarmed Negotiators hostage) - A police rule, is stated as an Advertising rule.
