As far as I remember no

Not supported by RPUK anymore, there is a way you can still get the black mk20 and different tasers but I’m not sure if you can still join the server with those mods enabled.

No - I don't believe there was ever an 'RPUK Launcher' the last time I remember hearing about it was when it was called the 'ALUK launcher'
