Description of what happened: RDM'ed me once, geared up again, was driving down the road and he drove into me, then RDM again. Video is of the second time.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, the guy isn't reasonable.

Witnessed: RoYaL killing Farmer without roleplay.

Later with Ahmed he shot 5-6 civilians and myself in Kavala greenzone with an accomplice before being taken down by UNMC and Police.

Confirm story above. Idiot was going around killing people, ended up in a standoff where we would have got him. He then surrendered and talked to us. Gave a reason for his previous kill, was in RP. We believed him, but not 2 minutes later he has nicked some guys MX and starts randomly killing everyone.
