I had an issue with the police the other day, and even tho I was rather annoyed I still spoke to the officer involved and higher ranking others to revolve it. You forget what the members of the police have to deal with each day "abuse some time rp cuz of being a cop" HMs, fun fights and so much more, you may have just been unfortunate to have a cop like that that, he may have had a busy annoying day not all cops are like that. Don't think a post was needed, just talk to the officer about it and sort stuff out

Then most of the cops i meet did have a bussy day. and are annoyed. not all but most that i have been meeting. and when the do somthing wrong the totaly ignore me when i want to speak to them.

A post was needed. I did not post any names, that is not the reason for the post. The reason is to make it clear that a few things are being done that should not be. It is good for Police officers with more experience to explain you don't always have to go by the book.

Almost every time my friends and I are trying to get a police officer to lower their weapons and they are surrounded and we outnumber them the still think that the can take us all out and get away from there alive and well. i Mean coman like the are 2 guys and we are 6 the still start truning around a shooting like the are some kinde of super soldiers. but the end up dying insted and then the cry and scream ts. becuse we are the one that did wrong (well so some of them do atles). i mean the should lover there guns if the are 6 well armed guys stoping them and tell them to lower there guns. but no the just dont want to lose there stuff or taken hostages or somthing. the just start shoting and that is not nice.

If they are two and you are 6 then they should surrender however if you don't say that you have that many people they will try to fight it. And if they know you have 6 people and they still fight then go have a talk with them afterwards because that would be against the police handbook. Don't instantly go to the Pcc or report a player forums instead just go have a chat in Liaison room and deal with it. If they fail to resolve it there go to a INS+ in his constabulary.  

Value of Life

You are to value your life at all times. This does not mean you cannot fight back if they have already started shooting at you then it does not matter the number of rebels you are still valuing your life by fighting for it. However if it is clear that you are outnumbered and no shots have been fired you must comply with the rebels demands, if given any, or wait for backup to arrive to deal with the situation. Treat it as real life, you only have 1 so do not waste it.

Whenever you need to speak to a police member about an issue there needs to be a high ranking officer there I believe inspector, possibly drop them a message and then wait in the police/rebel liaison room and someone will come as its there role to sort stuff out

If I have a problem, I will always get a DI+ to mediate. Even though I'm a DSGT it adds that extra opinion to the problem.

A fellow gang member had an issue with the police yesterday and asked me what to do so I jumped In the liaison room with him to assist him and had @Farmer Giles join and he helped him massively and then when the cops came they was very nice and helpful and resolved the situation almost immediately. That's why the best option for anyone is to discuss with the police not post about them.
