Description of what happened: Two guys came into the Mayor Office and told us to put our hands on our head as this was a 'black guy robbery'. I proceeded to put my hands on my head and tried to change their minds but they went ahead and robbed us anyway.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 6D
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I tried to explain to them that doing this would mean the 'Government' would not look kindly on it...but they just laughed it off and ran away.
