Robbing HM treasury

Just out Of curiosity after seeing the treasury being robbed, I decided to give it a go and try and get some money. But, what am I doing wrong? I've tried to rob it quite a few times, but nothing happens when I scroll on he safe nothing appears, please help

Just circle the safe rolling the wheel. The option will pop up eventually. For me, facing inland (east) and looking at that side of the safe works every time.

There is a cooldown period between robberies. If you try too soon, it won't give you the option to rob the bank!

I have always got a meny when i scrolled around a bit (as previous post said walk around, i usally try to aim on top of it), sometimes it says you must wait due cooldown, sometimes it work. But the meny should always come up?  gl hf robbin it ;D be prepared!
