You need advanced rebel license wich cost 10 million to access their inventrory while they are ziptied

Oh that is a bit disappointing. So I guess the only way to get it would be to ask them.

Yea man, just tell them to drop their guns on the floor if they value their life, and tell to run in one direction, cartel style
