Robbery with ZERO RP

Description of what happened: I was coming out of the church and was expecting to be robbed when they pulled up, what I didnt expect was to just be rushed and knocked out with zero RP.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition: Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban). I was given no time to react, they rushed me said put hands up, I moved my hands from what I was doing by that time they had knocked me out, robbed me and were gone.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Checked on TS but cant find a Patrick, no response in side

Hey n00ms,

I can see you idea behind this claim, firstly I'd like to say you accusing me of no rp is very untrue, as you can see in the video I quite clearly engage rp by saying "Put your hands up.......", I went on to say this several times which can all be heard. From this point you then went on to say you moved your hands, yet you did no actions as such during this encounter. The amount of time given is questionable, I can understand where you can be coming from by saying this but if you look at the video you was given 7 seconds. Now I'm unsure if 7 seconds if seen as enough time by the admins but I feel it is personally, as well as this you didn't stay still, within that time period you moved backwards away from us which can be seen in 2 ways, 1. is that you was attempting to run away and me knocking you out was a way so I didn't shoot and 2. if you had enough time to move away then it is enough time to put your hands up instead. I would be more than happy to talk about this on teamspeak just respond to this or talk in either server 1 or 2 and we can get this sorted. And finally the reason behind you not being able to contact me after this happened was because I started work at 2:30 so left server within 5 minutes of this.

I just dont see it as quality roleplay, I have been robbed a few times and always been given chance to actually put my hands up and have a bit of rp... I didn't know there was such a rush this time lol

I want you to at least earn your money, I turned to engage you and speak, I was surprised this is the first time someone has not counted lol

Been over the video with everyone shouting for the first few seconds, then it comes to the part where you say clearly "put your hands up" I move back then and within 3 seconds you have knocked me out and robbed me. Shown it a few people now some people agree it is not "quality" roleplay. Others have said that with that many players around they could very easily have controlled the situation and made for a very good robbery. You wanted the money... but I have held people up and they have escaped many times because I refuse to shoot or rob someone who has not said a word back to me, ok my loss on stealing their money but thats not the reason we play here is it?

Denied - I think there was enough time too BUT I can also understand why n00ms doesn't classify this as Quality RP. Next time just try to actually talk a bit more than just "Yo put ya hands up maijt" okay?
