Time & Date this happened: 10/20/2014 2:30 AM Eastern
Description of what happened: I had Dr. J in custody and was heading to HQ for processing, On the way over Dr. J had hinted that if I didn't let him go I would die. At this warning I thought that if I could get to HQ safely, then I could call his bluff.
This is where Roadkill entered. He was already at Police HQ waiting for me. I arrived (not knowing this) and tried to take Dr. J up into the top floor of HQ and interrogate him there (Found out I can't stop escorting while in the building).
On the way back down I heard his partner outside of the building and told him to leave the area. Dr. J kept threatening my life, but since the rules specify that killing anyone in a blue (Police HQ) zone, is a ban, I thought that Roadkill had left and I had successfully called their bluff.
Site Note: I had seized $436,000 of contraband from Dr. J's vehicle, he was being charged with drug trafficking [Offenses said Prison, in the video I was confirming this when I got killed, the video starts when I'm in HQ confirming the charges/proper procedure]. Under the circumstances I had completely forgotten that he did not comply with original orders to lower weapons and step outside, tried to come around and shoot me instead.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I re-spawned in Kavala HQ and Roadkill was still there, he accused me of violating NLR. I accused him of RDM and trespassing into Police HQ. His response toward the end (after I had told him we could argue this in the forums) was that he could go anywhere he wanted. He stated that since I already knew he was in the area, it wasn't RDM, he was trying to rescue his partner. I reiterated that he had committed RDM and invited him here if he wanted to argue.
Note: I have about 17~ minutes of footage from the events that led up to this, I can supply it if necessary, but it will take a bit (It's 5 gigs raw, probably still be >1.5GB compressed)

I'd also like to add that due to Roadkill's presence and Dr. J's continued threats I sped along the Processing phase (I still gave him food and water before I sent him away, and he knew the charges immediately after I placed him in my vehicle for transport. Thinking back to it I neglected to tack-on Attempted Murder/Assaulting a Police Officer with lethal intent), I understand I probably shouldn't have done so, but under normal circumstances I wouldn't have.
P.s. I feel like I'm submitting too many of these for being so new... I'll wait until these reports pan out before I submit any more, just in case I'm the one who's missing something.
