@Doohicky I gotta admit I'm not happy with how you worded your "opinion" about the Report of those Officers killing the ARAC guys. Firstable you NEVER approached me and asked me about my reasoning and decision yet you "complain" about it and kinda tell that you are unhappy with how it was dealt with. If you dislike something ASK the person about it and try to resolve it or SHUT UP. I'm sorry this may sound a bit harsh but I really don't like this kind of attitude. The difference between this case and the case of zaF is that there:

1. Is a difference in the daytime. It's harder to see who is approaching you if it's night time.

2. In the ARAC/Police case there is already a gunfight on going. The bank was already being robbed/is being robbed.

(In this case it looks like the UNMC/PRNA guys JUST arrived and there was no robbery on going in that moment. Can someone clear this up for me? Was there already a robbery? Because if not than the arguments are completely invalid)

Right now you "accuse" me of not doing my "job" right.

Not too long ago people asked/said that Admins are TOO harsh when it comes to bans YET whenever something is not like you want it to be (Not you in personal "you" as in a lot of people) you start complaining.

People can not expect that admins are giving friends a chance but people they dislike should be punished in a stricter way.

Something that annoys me quite a while.

I leave this open and wish that ONLY people directly involved comment on this OR a UNMC/PRNA Member that can tell me about this "bank robbery".

Anyone else will directly be given a warning point because apparently people ask for me to be more strict.

So.
Before I tell what my decision is gonna be on this one a few things I'd like to point out:

IF people have problems to understand or agree with a decision an Admin makes keep two things in mind:

1. (Mostly) The Admin decisions are final. We know what we are doing.

2. Before bitching about it you can atleast TRY to ask about it or ask if someone could help you out understanding.

(Ask Me or a Mentor that will then approach me OR other Admins .. Im talking for myself tho not for the other Admins)

Also keep in mind that it was YOU guys (You as in Community People) that wanted Admins to be less harsh on people.

If you want more "fairness" and Admins to be less harsh keep in mind that this is not only for YOU and YOUR FRIENDS but EVERYONE else. So only because you dislike someone/a situation that doesn't mean that they deserve a harder treatment than you or your friends did.

I know its an easy way out to just ALWAYS blame the Admin Team - but sometimes you have to look at your own mistakes.

(Ofc we are not perfect but neither are you.)

Another thing: If we see a report and people decide that "they resolved it" that means nothing to us because of 2 simple reasons:

1st: We never know if someone said "I give you 2 Million if you take back your report"

(You can not break rules and buy yourself out of it. NO ONE of you would like a RDMer on the Server only because of this)

2nd: We are ADMINS. We are here to make sure no one breaks the rules. If we see a report and it is something like RDM or VDM being accused than we have to look into it. That doesn't automatically mean it IS breaking rules but still we can not go like:

"Oh well there is someone breaking rules but I just pretend it never happened because they resolved it"

So after this wall of text my decision:

Sometimes you just have to be PATIENT and wait and things will solve somehow.

Being bitchy on the Forums never helped solving something.
