Description of what happened: Went to the weed processing, noticed something fishy was going on and turned around. Around 500m away from the weed processing, I was typing to my friend on Steam and then got shot in the face.

What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, but Rhyx denied my accusation

Thats Metagame, you are not allowed to write that in side at all.

Was on the server then this happend, Rhyx was sayin in sidechat that he was right next to box truck screaming at Myren to get out of the car.

Sure saying in side chat that people are campin at the weed trader is breaking the meta game rule. But if he RDMd one guy he might as well do it to any1 else driving over there. Also just because he said that there are campers at weed proc dose not give him the right to RDM

 
Sorry for the RDM. Was kinda pissed about the metagaming. Shouldn't of shot. I will compensate your gear. Message me with the gear you had(preferably video footage/screenshot).

Have talked to Myrenn on steam. Told him I wanted to compensate. His answer was Get the fuck out here. Then blocked/ignored me. Didn't mean to be a dickhead by killing him. Can't redo the RDM. So I want to compensate it but he does not want to.

 
You forget the fact that you lied two more times in that conversation. One of them was that you said your mates told me to get away of the weed processing, but just ''not shown on video''. As a matter of fact, the original video is 5 minutes and if you insist i'll upload it here.

Don't just pick one side of the conversation, but tell the entire thing.

And yes I refused the refund, why? Because you told everyone you was screaming at me to get out of the truck, that you actually did RP. Your word means nothing, and you have been lying since the first time we unfortunately met.

I have already said that I am sorry, but he still doesn't accept the fact that it was a RDM and that I can't redo it. If he doesn't want compensation then why are we still here?

 
If you think this is about a refund... its not. Its about justice, you did something against the rules and tried to evade consequences and portray me as a liar.

Again, you have been lying since our unfortunate meeting, and telling me you're sorry and you wont ever do it again simply doesn't work for me.

We just need a verdict now.

P.S: In response of the bottom post 

  1. ''Optyfe'' means he needs to fuck off. 
  2. I've said this after he lied to me two more times in that steam conversation.
  3. The conversation happend on steam and I was not in the server at the time, therefore it is not considered RP.
Do yourself a favor mate, and stop turning things around.

If this is about justice then why do you swear at me in the steam message? Which is clearly something against the rules too. [SIZE=medium]1C) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban. Tyfus or how you used it "Optyfe" means typhus which is a desease.[/SIZE]

In the end of the day BOTH of you broke the rules so I got 2 options:

I ban BOTH of you for breaking rules OR I give you a WARNING not to do this again and just brush it off as one stupid mistake leading to another.

In the end of the day if someone breaks a rule it doesn't justify another person breaking a rule too. So please don't ever do this. Already bad enough that one person is too stupid to play by the rules. Imagine everyone would react like that .. Rule breakers EVERYWHERE.

I am feeling generous the last days and sadly I don't think that a ban can cure stupidity. Please make sure to read the rules again and understand them because there will not be a NEXT TIME. Just a BAN. Tyvm.
