Description of what happened:first we was called on a hostage op ( whits was turned in to a MESS ) we get killed serveral time ( we waited every time on NLR ) as you can see on the video , when i whent back we where entering the house , then i got killed and his friend killed rhino either and he logged , later he logged back on , so i contacted him about it and say he can come to teamspeak to discust it , he says it was his internet and stuff , and he got killed again and COMBAT log again , after all he came on teamspeak when we had a chat about his internet and stuff , ( mine daughter started to cry becus of a NIGHTMARE ) when i came back he found it funny to say ( SEE even you daughter cry's about your guts bad RP ) sorry as a father of a child of 3 i found it NOT FUNNY if he start to take this on mine PERSONAL LIFE , this either maked me reporting him for Combat logging

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:Yes , he founded it funny to insult me strait in mine fase of mine personal life

Your not RPing, in the video someone says "No more cops come in here we have a hostage"........ And you guys just ignored it, your job is to keep citizens alive not let them die so you can get a kill/arrest.

 
Some light on this situation Rhino was taking people hostage all day using it to get money off the cops i already gave him and a friend in a RP Situation 300k at that point we then ambushed them up the road which resorted in 2 of his friends dying.

Then he messaged me saying were going to do it again which i thought was a bit annoying seeing as all he was doing was getting hostages every 5mins and asking for 500k for 1 hostage. So at that point we decided to use force we then heard them shout any police come near and i will kill you so we hold back and i go upstairs in the opposing building to secure the area when he then kills me, at that point my officers are going to use lethal force.

Looking at the evidence it seems the whole police force should have been reported... You can clearly hear one of the hostage takers say "If you come in we are going to kill the hostages." before you burst through the door without RolePlaying.

It seems to me that this "Rhino" guy escaped and wanted to retaliate for the police ambush in which two of his friends were killed when you gaurenteed him a safe exit. Thus increasing his price for his next victims release. Maybe you shouldn't have let him get away?

No one can even understand this.

It looks like the police were deathmatching from my point of view and probably breaking NLR just for some action.

Conclusion.

It looks like this player Rhino is a good RolePlayer and causes the police a lot of trouble with his criminal mastermind. People should praise this kind of thoughtful gameplay and not be salty because they get killed by another player.

Regarding combat logging; maybe this guy just has a really shitty connection. It has been known, not everyone has access to super fast internet ladies and gentlemen.

 
if u want to get technical here he didnt combat log cause he did wait 10-15 seconds before logging off if he died and immediatly left the game then it would be combat logging

Well frankly I do want to get technical. The "Rhino disconnected" message is a message generated by the server and sent to all the players. The client has to either send this message out to the server or the server has to realise that there is no communication between the client and then send the disconnected message. Either way, he either hit Alt+F4 or waited for those precious 10 seconds to elapse to disconnect from the server. Also the fact that he decides that he wants to reconnect to the server 2 mins later tells us something.

I have more evidence of RDM and Combat logging anyway, currently uploading.

 
either that ( we didnt break RP or broke NLR ) we go lethal becus we got ridiculs amounts and higher up sayed to go in ) we did YES we got Killed , but he logged of when he got killed ( ok after 10 still after 2 mins he loggs back on ) suspicius i would say + on the second video he did it EITHER , found it a bit weard ( EITHER then i was talking whit him on TEAMSPEAK ) and he dragged mine PERSONAL LIFE in this conversation whits i found EITHER agains the rules ( as wilco stated ) WHAT HAPPEND INGAME STAYS INGAME ( dont bring it to TEAMSPEAK or personal life ) i speaked to Dain about this as this is just complete childrish ( as i would ask to give dragon warning points after a warning to NOT RESPOND on this topic if he dont have any thing usefull to say exept of get rekt ( this is complete inrelifant )

Rule broken: RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.

Rule broken: 12D) If the police send in a negotiator you can either engage in role-play or decline, do not kill the negotiator or attempt to kidnap them, The negotiation is a good opportunity to role-play with the police rather than always have a shootout.

Rule Broken: 1B) Combat logging during a fire fight, resisting arrest, or when the police are in pursuit is exploiting. Logging off while downed (pending revive) is also a exploit.

 
Oh wow, everything in this post screams out "nerd rage". You guys (Cops) didn't get your own way and totally failed at RP and are now trying to get me banned for ridiculous reasons that you are blowing WAY out of proportion.

@Bellyke- I never attacked you personally. I made a joke about your daughter crying because of the Roleplay being so bad that evening. Did you leave your humour in the womb? Regarding my internet connection, it is terrible. End of story.

@Gazalad- Is your asshole envious of the bulk of shit that just came out of your mouth? Do you even know what RDM is fella? If I was RDM'ing I would have killed you at the window... funny thing that. I killed you and the other cop because I saw you attacking one of my associates outside in the street. I get that your mad because I owned you Gazalad but bringing it here and trying to report me is ludicrous. Oh and hyperbolize much?

Yes, unfortunately the negotiator died because he wasn't roleplaying to a standard. We were in charge of the hostage situation and he tried to tell US what was going to happen. Unfortunately a mad man like myself (Chopper Reed take note) does not react well to this kind of demeanour. I gave him many chances to listen to me but he wouldn't, therefore paying the ultimate price. However, rather than send in a new negotiator, the cops decided to gun everyone down in sight including one of our hostages... Though you don't see me filing a report. I'm not sad like that.

Please note that although the RP wasn't up to your "standard" you still should not have shot him and simply denied him and told him to get out of the house. I authorised the raid on your house simply because you shot the negotiator.

"I killed you and the other cop because I saw you attacking one of my associates outside in the street" - Other than the "get in here" as you stated in the video to the CSO there is no evidence of the man in the ghillie suit being your associate. He could have merely been some random person from the street. Neither you or he have spoken out stating that we would be shot in the event of not letting him go.

Ok I looked at the situation now that I am home and can see two clear cut combat logs.

The other kills were in complex RP scenarios. The first one the police fired first. The second one I cannot see the actual negotiations so rule 12D cannot be enforced.

Approved for combat logging.
