Last video just look's like he was defending himself because he was robbing a gas station?

Indeed - Robbing the gas station should automatically initiate RP. Hence, when the PoPo show up, am I just supposed to come out and offer them a cup of tea? I don't think so.

Also, since the RP has already been initiated through robbing the gas station, I don't need to a) declare my presence (it's obvious to all), B) Negotiate (I have every right to refuse) and c) Inform the PoPo that I am about to shoot (hence giving them an unfair advantage by allowing them to take up defensive positions).

May I also point out that after this episode, DI Snape repeatedly scrapped every single car of mine he found by air garage, something which shows that he was extremely upset because he lost and also goes to prove that the reason he is posting is simply because he can't stand losing. He also never approached me to point out that he was upset, instead, he took the law into his own hands and used the powers conferred to him by the Police Force to cost me over 100k in vehicles.

RP was not initiated as soon as you started robbing the gas station that initiated a "situation" not roleplay, you know what i would have done there? I would have roleplayed I was skint gotten really upset apologised I was in a desperate situation, maybe asked for some money off the cops to help me start a business up, you know RP'ing.

Furthermore I really don't mind losing a gun fight, its the least of my priorities in this server, I love a good firefight as much as the next bloke, as long has the RP cannot go any further in the way of talking it out. But I can't stand rule breakers they are a plague to this community, they ruin everyone's experience.
