Which Server did this happen on: Server 2
Description of what happened: As we were responding to Kora Fuel that was being robbed we ran into the man that robbed it. We just saw the blue off-road leaving the scene, so we put our lights and sirens on and followed them. We already saw that they were pointing guns at us as you can hear in the video, after a couple seconds the guy in the back started shooting (without saying anything). The officer that was a bit in front of them started shooting back at them and killed the driver, after that we parked up and got out our vehicle. I saw the guys running trough the backyard of the house and started chasing them, we rubbed them and Lenny restrained the first guy. Walked up to the first guy and started to escort him to the car, at that moment he started to kill me.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3L) Police SirensWhen the Police put on their sirens lights to pull you over to attend to a scene this doesnt mean RP has initiated on their point, if you shoot without engaging in RP then this is classed as RDM
3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:
Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, after that I asked him for like 10 times to come on teamspeak he finally came on teamspeak. We had a conversation about his mistakes but he didn't really get it, he kept saying that he started roleplay by acting like a criminal but he clearly didn't read the rules as there was a mentor in the room that banned him at the end of the conversation. (My voice is cutting of from the audio but I think how he reacts says enough).
