Restaurants Cannot Set Price For Ripe Apples

I can put unripe apples in the club bar but can not put a price on apples as there is no option to set a price so when the apples have ripe its nil in the bar and can not put apples  back in the bar if takin out.

Same for Luchetti's I only have the option to sell/set price for oranges but apples dont work
