Right first of all to me the way you used the spike strip just felt like abusing the mechanic of it cause you cant just place a spike and instantly pick it back up. Second of all you did not try to communicate to us when in heli you could have said OK im getting out but you said nothing. Another point is as you didn't communicate and your heli was spinning up and no sign of turning off you failed to comply to put your hands up. So clearly not complying with simple demands. Also you prob wont believe me but for me ur heli did sort of jump in air and looking back yeh that was desync but at that time i thought you were just taking off. I am very sorry i should have disabled the heli to create more roleplay just sick of people abusing mechanics like the spike strips as you cant just pick it up instantly. And i have learnt from that experience i should just disable heli and i will from now on but you could have at least roleplayed with us saying ok i am turning heli off and getting out, cause in my eyes that was poor rp you not even talking to us as we did have like 5 guns to your head.  And finally, next time instead of handing a note instantly (breaking the roleplay whilst you were downed as i had many questions for you) talk manlike you messed up the roleplay section there cause i can assure you if you gave me valid excuse for trying to spike me i would have not executed you as i respect people who roelplay especially when downed as a lot of people normally go AFK. 

But i am very sorry and i will comp if you would like and i can assure you this wont happen again. Sorry for any inconveniences From Danny Conway

Fair enough and i am holding my hands up the only reason why i initiated like that cause i was triggered about the fact with the spike strip, and like i said for me your chopper did get off the ground which was clearly desync but at the time i did not know that. I am sorry for my fault here it wont happen again i promise

also i did say straight after can we talk on ts and you said no and i even private messaged you on TS as i realise i messed up. I dont know how much i can say this i understand my faults here and they wont happen again sorry.
