Recently ALLOT of high ranking cops left the police force and joined TLS, as a result they are now running around with MILLIONS of pounds for a simple transfer, giving them a unfair advantage over the Cops and other rebels, not the time to have this advantage considoring 50% of the police force has left or transferd to the other server

 
Thats the game mate, joshbond had 23m when he left the force. Its their hard earned money, they should be able to spend it.

Exactly. In RP terms they are 'retiring' so should get to keep their money. If my money was reset when I left the force I would be furious as that would have been 3 months worth of working every day down the drain.

 
Its not our place to say mate, he earned it. If a civ made 40m would we strip him of it, of course not, it would just anger a shit tonne of people and make some want to leave the server having dedicated time and effort making money and then having it taken away from them.

 
It depends how this police earnt money is then spent during retirement.

If the government thinks this money is now being used in order to attack police, they will be taking a chunk back.

Watch this space.

but how do you know who they are? did you ask for their names? do you not roleplay on the forums....

 
They will not be losing there cash, Some of them have individually put over 500+ plus on this server, Think of how rich they would be if they was doing illegal activity's in that time.

Good luck to them... don't spend it all at once :)

That's kind of the point they have so much money because police literally only buy donuts. Rebels buy everything. We argued this before a very long time ago for combat to be a battle of bank account attrition and we were told no because trolls murder the police too much and regear frequently.

What rebels do is essentially run cocaine at all times to compensate. Ridiculous amounts of time go into building funds each week because each time a rebel dies on average they spend 100K to re-equip themselves not including expenses from vehicle replacement. It's very easy to spend several hundred thousand pounds in a single day. Because police do not have to do this they end up with tens of millions of pounds when they "retire" just by playing normally over time.

I am however in the process of rethinking the £0 police gun items a price but a discounted rate so this remains fair for every user of the server.

I will provide more details in the coming days as we put more guns into our server.
