Resetting Character?

Is it possible to reset your character or have an admin do It for you; reset everything, including stats, money and licenses?

Not really, unless starting fresh is a good reason but that won't be it. ?

I believe thisis possible seen it before but you would probably need @Wilco@Vladic Ka@Neo to do so, if they are unable to do so, do this, find yourself a officer tell him a nice story explain him what you want, let him scrap all your vehicles. Give all your oney away till you are at the point of 100k. about licenses if your have enough money for lets say copper processing, give the money what it would cost away to someone who could use it.
