Request Additional Public Parking Spot

Suggesting and Requesting a additional public parking placement.

Just a quick suggestion and hopefully quick to implement, I would like to ask / suggest the addition of a parking spot by Vespucci Beach (see image below). This would a great addition to people wanting to visit and RP on the beach, particularly when there are events or parties being held at the beach. 

I also feel this would be a good spot as it is close to the Church and Bahama Mama's for people who want to visit these locations and keep there cars safe.

-1 for the location! It's to close to a workbench that's used to manufacture all sorts i'd have to say yes for another public parking spot but not that close to the workbench, people could manufacture stuff and then store it instantly removing the risk and any potential future RP or Robbery RP
